I ordered a necklace for Mother’s Day and it never came. Tried to call but they don’t give out their phone number. Then I emailed them and they started to process my order at that point. They said I would have the necklace in 2-3 weeks and would not give me my full refund. This is a horrible company and would not recommend.

Most useless company i have ever delt with. Pay extra for express shipping guarenteed to be here before mothers day and it isnt even tho they confirmed it to be two days ago. No contact details to contact them on and their facebook messenger is just useless

Still waiting to here back from them in changing my shipping address and i’ve already sent two messages. The fact that they are so hard to get a hold of makes me never want to use their services again. Poor customer service is the worst.
