Didn’t receive whole order
I did not receive my entire order that I paid for. I ordered a large nursing bag for my wife customized plus it came with an additional bag for her stethoscope name badge things like that.
I only received the small bag. I paid $85 for both bags That includes the $30 that I paid to have an expedited in 2 to 4 days, it still took over a week to get to me. I received an email back from the company stating that I only ordered the small bag which shows up first but in the description it shows the small bag, the dimensions plus the large bag and the dimensions, but they were nice enough only to point out. The small bag was the only one that was ordered for $85.
All I want is my bag sent to me so I can give it to my wife for her Christmas gift that I shouldve been able to give to her on Christmas Day. I believe this is being him very poorly for them to point out that I only paid for a small bag when the picture shows two bags, one big bag and one small bag.

Misspelled name on necklace
This is a gift for my daughter who i a first time mom. Its cheap & the date is wrong.
Obviously they have NO quality control. I will never waste my money again!

I received my name Denise in the cursive style font . It looks mid-spelled.,It looks like Deniae.
Please change it to the classic style font instead.

Absolutely terrible customer service! There is NO WAY YOU CAN submit an inquiry through their online portal!
Font is terrible and name looks misspelled . Name should say Denise but it looks like Deniae.
Desperately trying to get a hold of the company but their online Enquiry does not work and everyone I call their tel number I am disconnected.

Order didnt arrive
I ordered the product on December 4th and it still says it is in Anaheim. It said it shipped on the 13th and courier updates weren't available for 2 weeks.
Nor did inreceive an email in response to my first complaint try.somewhere else. It ruined Christmas for my girlfriend

I put thr wrong date on the ring I ordered and their wanting me to purchase another ring for half price and will not give me their address to send the other one back to have the date changed.

Issue with order
I was lied to about the creation of my necklace. I explained how I wanted QueenB without a cursive Q and the agent said the oreder would have to be done manually so I thought that was the purpose of doing it manually.
The necklace was still wrong and the chain had a knot in it. I wad very disappointed!!!
