Bad product not at all what is showed.
- - Delivery was late, taking over a month despite express shipping.
- - Two items arrived; keychain lacked expected eye feature and tickets went unanswered.
Wasted time and money
Items were late, took a little more than a month, and I paid for the express shipping, which was supposed to be 4 days and wasn't. Then I got the two items and the keychain that was supposed to have my eyes on one, but it didn't.
I put in a ticket with no response, put in a second one, and still nothing, and this was after they didn't correct the first time.
Definitely a rip-off! For what I paid for two items and the express shipping, I was highly disappointed and pissed that I can't get a hold of anyone.

Good morning, I'm writing to you to file a complaint. I made a purchase, and my shipment arrived in the destination country with an outstanding amount exceeding $200.
When I purchased from you, I made sure the shipment would cover the tax costs, and this is stated on your website. DHL also informed me that within 3 days, they will begin charging daily for storage in their warehouse. I demand that you resolve this issue with DHL since you sold me something that I no longer had to pay for. I appreciate a prompt response as well as an immediate resolution to this event.

Didn’t receive whole order
- - I paid $85 for two bags incl. $30 expedited shipping.
- - I received only the small bag, not the large one.
I did not receive my entire order that I paid for. I ordered a large nursing bag for my wife customized plus it came with an additional bag for her stethoscope name badge things like that.
I only received the small bag. I paid $85 for both bags That includes the $30 that I paid to have an expedited in 2 to 4 days, it still took over a week to get to me. I received an email back from the company stating that I only ordered the small bag which shows up first but in the description it shows the small bag, the dimensions plus the large bag and the dimensions, but they were nice enough only to point out. The small bag was the only one that was ordered for $85.
All I want is my bag sent to me so I can give it to my wife for her Christmas gift that I shouldve been able to give to her on Christmas Day. I believe this is being him very poorly for them to point out that I only paid for a small bag when the picture shows two bags, one big bag and one small bag.
