It was a beautiful thought of ordering something nice and memorable from mynamenecklace for my wife on a Valentine's Day of 2020. I placed an order online on 3rd Feb 2020 for Russian Ring Necklace with Engraving in Vermeil against the Order Number 6176****. I thought it would be a nice surprise for my wife. The ordered item was expected to arrive on 14th Feb but it arrived in the last week of Feb. With all the bad taste of last delivery i surprised my wife with a belated Valentine's day. When she opened the package, the chain was found damaged, bruised and scratched. It was very disappointing. I emailed the pictures and wrote them a complaint. I was told that a new chain will be ordered and sent to you soon. I kept asking them about the status of the chain for a month and finally heard that they have dispatched it and it will take 3 weeks to reach me. The tracking number which they provided was the old one which always show the same status that the chain has been delivered. i asked for a new tracking number which was never provided to me. I also asked them to provide me a contact number where i could reach them and speak with them regarding my concern. Making a phone call was easier for me rather than emailing them. They never provided me with any contact number. Every time i emailed them, there was a new name to answer my query. Months passed, no replacement was received till today. All they make is false and fake promises. Sometimes they tell me that the address was wrong and i confirmed the address several times. Sometimes they declare it lost and asked for another order confirmation. It happened 6 times. they re-ordered and declared it lost whereas they never provided me with any tracking number for any re-order. I have all the thread of conversation with them and going to file a lawsuit against all the mental stress and torture they gave me. They ruined my Valentine's Day. Bad customer contact

I put thr wrong date on the ring I ordered and their wanting me to purchase another ring for half price and will not give me their address to send the other one back to have the date changed.

Order didnt arrive

I ordered the product on December 4th and it still says it is in Anaheim. It said it shipped on the 13th and courier updates weren't available for 2 weeks. Nor did inreceive an email in response to my first complaint try.somewhere else. It ruined Christmas for my girlfriend

My order has not arrived

My ordered still hasn't arrived and says delivered and I'm very sad and upset. Waited so long purchased ot on Dec 6 and still nothing has arrived extremely disappointed.

Have not received my order! My email was correct! My address was correct! You took my money and I guess that was also correct! I want this taken care of! This was supposed to be a present for my 87 year old Mother! Not Happy!

Issue with order

I was lied to about the creation of my necklace. I explained how I wanted QueenB without a cursive Q and the agent said the oreder would have to be done manually so I thought that was the purpose of doing it manually. The necklace was still wrong and the chain had a knot in it. I wad very disappointed!!!

Frustrated, but then thrilled!!!

I ordered this necklace and then found out my card had been processed overseas, which I try to avoid. I tried to call and cancel the order. There was a two hour opportunity to do that. There is no phone number, only a way to send a written message that couldnt be acknowledged in the two hour timeframe. I found it frustrating. BUT!- this item arrived so quickly and is one of the most beautiful things Ive owned! It is just beautiful, meticulously engraved. I love it so much! I will order more items right away. Im thrilled!

Locating my order

Thats the email I sent to them they are not responding to me even on fb insta anywhere the courier service they picked for my order is also the worst one ..very disappointed abc wants my money back I dont need any gift or anything from you I just want to know where exactly my package is ?? I ordered that for Fathers Day and its pointless if I am not going to receive that before Fathers Day and I surely want a full refund if that happened . The Services you use to deliver my parcel looks so dodgy and they didnt even response to the email I sent to them . I want to know the status of my package ASAP . I dont want to be rude but thats not right !! Regards , Samar

Very unreliable. spoke with Macaela who promised to replace broken chain!!!! Have sent several emails and tried to call customer service!! NO RESPONSE!!!
