purchased 4 necklaces in memory of my wife and the picture and the lettering wore out on 2 of them. I have sent numerous emails and no response back from the them.
very disappointed in customer service and evem more pissed they don't reply back. these were for my daughters and a sister in law. is isn't like I didn't pay good money for these and it is to bad they wore out.
I will give them a couple more days to reply and if they don't reply or offer any type of assistance with replacing these items I will look for a different manufacture for replacements. I have already searched the internet and found many that offer them at the same price I payed and hopefully shipping will be quicker because they were also slow at getting them to me
