MyNameNecklace - Not a Happy Customer
I received a necklace as a gift and I am not satisfied with the quality and also how the large initial looks and how it lays on my neck. I contacted customer service by email and they only respond once a day.
I have sent them a picture and they want me to pick another item. I am not interested in another item the one that I wanted was the one I received. It looks nothing like what is displayed. You should stand by your products.
I would like a refund and also a shipping label for return. I tried calling the phone number and of course it does not work.
I am sure that your company does not want me to post the item that I received compared to what you advertise on social media. Please honor my request and refund the credit card.

Monetary Loss: $90.
