MyNameNecklace - Great help from Darcy
I was very frustrated at my inability to get a response from customer service concerning my not being able to use my coupon code for new customers. After reading all the complaints on this site about the poor customer service, I was afraid I was stuck! My order was for flower girl and bridesmaid and maid of honor necklaces (and a monogram one for me!) for my wedding.
After several phone calls and emails went unanswered, I came upon the email for Darcy, who is apparently head of customer service. I wrote her and within hours I had a response and a solution!
Thanks to whoever posted her e-mail!

I ordered birth stones for my necklace on 16/11/2017

Expediated shipping item no:110-21-8**-**.
The money was taken out of my account twice on 17/11/2017 from both My Name Necklace and Pay Pal.
I have not recieved the shipment it was for a Christmas present I am very disapointed and even though it is not a large amount I plan to speak to my solicitor especially after reading all the complaints to your company. Vivienne Weber
