Ordered a necklace never received it.I've contacted them multiple times in the past week, but their response time is slow.
They don't want to assume accountability for the lost merchandise. Worse vendor ever!!! Won't even open up a claim with USPS, instructed for me to do it. I've requested sender information that USPS is requesting in order for me to even open up a claim with USPS and Mynamenecklace refuses to provide it.
I've asked them to open up the claims themself since they are the shipper of the merchandise and are not providing the sender information as requested. Their shipment procedures are not customer friendly as they don't ship using certified or priority mail.
Making it impossible to replace if the merchandise is delivered incorrectly by the POST OFFICE.RIP OFF!!!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $55.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
