I ordered a neck piece from you over a week ago ( order no. 7914**** ).
I paid an extra 20 to have it delivered by TODAY. Have received a message from FedEx to say it will be delivered TOMORROW! Not much good to me, as the persons birthday is today, & this is the only day I will see her ( in the current climate ) for another two weeks!!!! So she wont have her gift until then!!
I have purchased from you before & have paid the extra 20 for on time delivery ( earlier this month ), and I DID receive the item in time in that occasion. I am extremely annoyed and angry at the level of service on this occasion, as this is a significant bday for my sister. Can you please come back to me and explain!!!!!!!
Remember, I DID pay an extra 20 to ensure delivery on time. I can be contacted on 087/645****.
