Completely dissatisfied

I ordered a bracelet which is of extremely poor quality. the opening for the clasp is barely wide enough to fit to the loop. the name plate is thin and cheap looking. I've contacted customer service twice and the email bounce back to me. There is no phone number to contact this company. I feel like this whole thing is a scam. the customer service promises fast response and money returns within sixty days. I do not know how to get a resolution to this matter. I hope this will help others to avoid ordering from this so called irresponsible company.

I just got both necklaces I ordered. My silver chain is broken. I literally just opened the pink pouch. The circle in which holds the chain is stuck. This is a joke it looks nothing like the pics on the website. Im very disappointed.

Clare Morris, Wales - Have not received my order and no response to emails!!!!!

Have ordered a necklace for a friends Birthday on the 8th November, when I checked the status of delivery, it had been shipped on the 14th November. To date, I have still not received my item. When I emailed to query where my item was, I didn't receive any response, which I find absolutely disgraceful! Any person working in customer service should always aim to respond to every query within 24 hours, I should know, I have worked in this industry, so there is no excuse for this lack of service! The customer service is extremely poor. There is no phone number to ring either which again, I find terrible, I would never order from MyNameNecklace again!!

We usually reply to emails in less than that, but due to high volume of emails received during the weekend we had some unexpected delays. I will make sure to have this resolved as soon as possible.

I also ordered something for Christmas on Dec 4th. I have not received it yet, (it's now Jan 9th). I e-mailed via "Customer Service" and was told by Rocco Davis (on Jan 4th) that "due to an error in the system, the postal service's automatically generated tracking numbers are untrackable. Please be assured however, that your order was produced and shipped on time." I e-mailed back the same day that even though it was shipped "on time" I still have not received it. I asked for status, and they have not replied. I am seeing through customer comments that the postal service "error" is a common complaint. "Lost in the mail" is another common complaint. I would like to either receive my purchase or my money back. I will now e-mail this "Oliver" from MyName Necklace Customer Service (below) and see if I can get satisfaction. Very disappointed in myself for not reviewing customer comments BEFORE I ordered.

However, all orders have been shipped on time and should have arrived before Christmas if it was guaranteed.

There are cases that packages get lost, but this happens in rare cases. If you did not, however, receive your order until now, it seems that it might have been lost or stolen.

Items tarnish immediately and are impossible to polish. Looks pitted and disgusting. Absolute rip off just rubbish.

Purchased a tree of life pendant and a heart pendant and both have tarnished straight away and look just awful. I make jewellery and work with sterling silver all the time and yes it will tarnish but can be polished very easily with a good cloth back to shiny and new. Not this rubbish it is simply cheap and nasty and how much silver is in it I shudder to think. Primarily base metal I would think given how quickly it deteriorates.

Imthink this companynis just a money grabbing, rubbish selling absolute rip off and they need to be closed down (after they reimburse all of their customers for the shonky products they have sold to them.

No words can describe the frustration I Feel after purchasing what I thougt to be beautiful keepsake items only to shove them in a draw and go through a lengthy process of trying to recover the monies paid for the rubbish items.

I ordered a necklace as a Christmas gift for my wife and selected the "$10 extra shipping to receive by Christmas" option. It is 9pm on Christmas Eve, and it has not arrived. I'm pretty sure the mail doesn't run tomorrow. I've been tracking it all day on USPS.com and apparently it was taken to another city and sent out for delivery. I double-checked the address I gave, and it was correct, so I have no idea where they sent my wife's Christmas present. I will be filing complaints, asking for a refund, and telling everyone who will listen not to order from this shady company. I should have read the reviews first - apparently I'm not the only one who has had this issue.

It happened exactly the same to me. I have received an email saying they have already sent me a parcel but the tracking number doesn't exist in the post office website.

I went to the post office today and apparently nothing has been addressed to me lately.

I am so disappointed.

I wouldn't buy from them again.

i am in the exact same boat... placed my order on November 30th and paid the additonal 15 dollars for shipping by Christmas guraranteed...

it is now the 22nd of December and it is untrackable.... im furious and will feel like a fool if its not here for Christmas as it is a gift for my mother in law.

Paid extra only to get a low-quality product...

I ordered the gold monogram necklace for my wife. I paid extra to get the better quality 14k gold necklace. It arrived, seemed like what I had ordered, and within 3 weeks of my wife wearing it, the VERY VERY VERY cheap hooks that are used to connect the name plate to the necklace gave up. I contacted them, learned that the products originate in Israel and thats where I had have to send it back to. WTF?? So I did, and when it returned I opened the box to find the failed hook had been replaced...with the exact same VERY VERY VERY cheap hooks it had before. My wife wore it for about 4-5 weeks before it broke again. Took it to a local jeweler to see if they could make it better and was told that basically I bought junk...which I already knew at this point. No way to make it better, because the chain itself is also very thin and fragile. If a stronger hoop is put on, the chain will break next time and not the hoop. Please keep in mind that my wife doesnt sleep, shower, etc with her jewelry on and takes exceptional care of her jewlry. This is in now any fault of hers. At $159, I should have received a much higher quality item. Trust me though, I have told EVERYONE not to deal with MYNAMENECKLACE and their junk!

My children bought the filigree family tree necklace for my birthday and I loved it but after two weeks the hook that connects the nameplate to the chain broke, I didn't want my children to know so I got it repaired in a local jewellers. Now one of the birthstones fell out and is lost so I am both disappointed and disgusted with the product and would NEVER recommend buying these product My children saved up their money to buy this for me so it means the world to me but the quality is very poor so disappointed!

I too have recently ordered from My Name Necklace. I have ordered my necklace with a chain legnth of 18", which you are asked to choose specifically, yet it has arrived with a total legth of approximately 23"!

There is no way I could wear this particular style of necklace at this length.

I have contacted customer service with my complaint but have had no reply whatsoever. Another very very disappointed customer!

Items we ship are checked various times before being shipped. We invest a great effort to make sure that every item that leaves us is in perfect condition and to make sure it is properly packed to avoid any damage on the way.

Tarnished silver neclace after just 4 days NOT HAPPY

I also have an issue with these people I received my necklace on Christmas Eve and I was very happy with it. I wore it for 4 days it started to tarnish after that time and now am finding it is tarnishing more just by sitting on my dressing table This was a special gift from my Husband, as it is our 50th wedding anniversary this year and we thought this would be a nice gesture to have our 3 children's name engraved on it As we are pensioners we cannot afford to spend money on this type of gift but being a special occasion we thought it would be a one off I just looked at it again and the 3 rings are tarnished on both sides and the silver chain has gone black I did contact them but have not received any reply which I understand for this time of year, but I am hoping I get some response from them within the next week I am so disappointed in this, it was just so special to me. I doubt I will ever buy anything from them again even though their products are quite lovely. I did not expect this to happen so soon after purchase, 4 days for goodness sake!!!!!

Dear Oliver This is Roseanna, I am replying to your comment, yes this is correct, Oliver from mynamenecklace has resolved my complaint with a full refund, I have also received the full amount paid. He offered me a 20% to keep the necklace which was something I asked about but I decided to return it instead. I was able to find what I was looking for in a local jeweler instead. Sometimes its best because then you can see what you are buying before purchase. However I did ask about the weight in gold which was not the same as the gold received, but Oliver from mynamenecklace has resolved my complaint without quibble, he was polite and very professional.
