Tarnished silver neclace after just 4 days NOT HAPPY

I also have an issue with these people I received my necklace on Christmas Eve and I was very happy with it. I wore it for 4 days it started to tarnish after that time and now am finding it is tarnishing more just by sitting on my dressing table This was a special gift from my Husband, as it is our 50th wedding anniversary this year and we thought this would be a nice gesture to have our 3 children's name engraved on it As we are pensioners we cannot afford to spend money on this type of gift but being a special occasion we thought it would be a one off I just looked at it again and the 3 rings are tarnished on both sides and the silver chain has gone black I did contact them but have not received any reply which I understand for this time of year, but I am hoping I get some response from them within the next week I am so disappointed in this, it was just so special to me. I doubt I will ever buy anything from them again even though their products are quite lovely. I did not expect this to happen so soon after purchase, 4 days for goodness sake!!!!!

Christmas Delivery Failure

I ordered my necklace in the last week of November for guaranteed delivery from what I thought was an Australian website. It's not (I am in Australia). The tracking number they gave me was wrong and every time I asked a question about where it was I just got an apology asking for me to give them until 23 December. I did and I did not get my necklace. They were unable at any point to give me a correct tracking number, they only kept telling me when it was allegedly posted out to me. Still waiting on my refund. This site is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I also thought it was an Australian site. That's why I ordered.

My delivery status is now working but was shipped from America on the 22nd. Really hoping it arrives soon.....

Ordered and paid for christmas delivery, did not turn up. Was a gift from my kids to their mum, tracking number didn't work. I felt sorry for my kids as they really wanted to give this to her.

Paid extra to receive by Christmas, still isn't here

I ordered a necklace as a Christmas gift for my wife and selected the "$10 extra shipping to receive by Christmas" option. It is 9pm on Christmas Eve, and it has not arrived. I'm pretty sure the mail doesn't run tomorrow. I've been tracking it all day on USPS.com and apparently it was taken to another city and sent out for delivery. I double-checked the address I gave, and it was correct, so I have no idea where they sent my wife's Christmas present. I will be filing complaints, asking for a refund, and telling everyone who will listen not to order from this shady company. I should have read the reviews first - apparently I'm not the only one who has had this issue.

I received an email and call today regarding my complaint. A miracle happened late last night. My tracking information on USPS showed the item set to deliver today. It delivered this morning. All is too ironic for me. Since the item was late they offered to credit me the delivery costs which I do appreciate. However there is some breakdown in the communication process. A phone number to tak to someone would have resolved everything. The gap between the date is said it shipped and no tracking info especially during Xmas is one that has to be fixed Thanks Mynamenecklace for contacting me. I was told my order was shipped by my name necklace on the 7th dec but ly still hasn't arrived and its xmas day tomorrow. The tracking number is even wrong so I have no idea where it is. Shocking service. I have emailed the customer service dept by of course I have not had a reply.

Have not received my necklace!

I ordered from here on 12/5/14 in order to receive my jewelry by Christmas and have yet to receive my jewelry! I called the USPS because when I use the tracking number it says pre-shipment info was sent on 12/11/14. When I called USPS they informed me that the package was never actually brought to a local post office site. On mynamenecklace website it says that my order was shipped on 12/14/14 which is not true according to the USPS. I am very displeased, I spent a lot of money on this jewelry and I have no idea where my package is! I sent an email and have yet to hear a response! Avoid this company at all cost! I will be following up!!!

My necklace got 'shipped to me' on the 17th of December I paid extra to have a guarantee delivery before Christmas, it's now Christmas Eve and it hasn't arrived, I've sent to emails with no reply, I now will be dealing with an upset mother tomorrow now that the only thing she wanted for Christmas was that necklace with her 1st grandsons name on it. A tip to everyone, READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. I wish I did, so many bad reviews on this business. So disappointing, especially when you pay decent money.

Ordered necklace for Christmas on 4/12/14 was guaranteed delivery by Christmas day it's now 24/12/14, and still no show. Have contacted company with no response, the postal tracking is useless, and website has no contact number to call. Very disappointed and now have to front up to Christmas without the gift we intended. Have already raised dispute with paypal. Learned my lesson and will never use this company or others like it again.
