Really would not recommend this company. My boyfriend ordered a necklace from here for me for me birthday at the end of April and then paid extra money for what they called "expedited delivery" - a speedier delivery / customisation process. This was at the beginning of April, it's now the end of May and still no necklace; according to the company, it's not even in the UK & despite the web address being .co.uk, they are in fact based in Israel according to their emails. Speaking of their emails, every single communication he has had with them, both via email and Facebook messages, it has taken the company over a week to reply. Before today, they stated that they were very sorry and if the item was not with us by the 29th, to let them know...as previously mentioned, they have stated that the necklace isn't even in the UK yet (apparently the tracking numbers only work once the item is in the country). Waste of a lot of money and time! Please don't order with this company!

Two years ago I ordered 3 necklaces for my 3 nieces for Christmas. I received all 3 but one was incorrectly spelt, so one of my nieces didn't receive her necklace for Christmas.

I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter last year as a birthday gift. My grand daughter wore the necklace once and she bent the necklace. She was not even 2 years of age at that stage. The necklace was as thin as a piece of paper.

Now trying to get a refund from these people is like pulling teeth. I gave them my bank details and that wasn't good enough. They insisted that since I purchased it through Paypal they would have to give me a refund through Paypal. The problem was that I no longer had a Paypal account and the card that was used for the purchase, I no longer had.

I sent them an email to advise of this but they insisted that they would only refund me to a Paypal account, and suggested I start another Paypal account. After about 20 emails, back and forth, they have sent me an email showing that they have refunded me, only to realise that they have sent payment to the wrong person. When I emailed them again to let them know that they paid the wrong person, they started blaming me for everything.

They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. So as it stands I still haven't received my refund

I placed an order on December 13th. Paid extra to have boxes and a bracelet and expedited shipping, guaranteed delivery for Christmas.

I have checked tracking for three days and it says the same thing, Thank You! Your order is going through final inspection and is being carefully packaged. It needs to go across the country, don't see that happening. It's unlikely at this point that my daughter wrk get her present in time for Christmas.

Customer service number does not work, that's a big surprise, sent email, I'm sure that will take several days for a response, all the while Christmas is in 4 days.

Don't waste you enery or money on this company, find a more reputable company. I wish I had read their reviews and not been so keen to buy the jewelry because it was "pretty".

I ordered a necklace with my name and it comes out with it hard to read. I emailed the address it had said. I sent a picture of the product, their response was a refund takes too long and their are fees that would occur. They were terrible, didn't care. They blamed the technology for the way it turned out. I asked for a refund after weeks of arguing of trying to get me to change my mind I still haven't received anything. I wouldn't recommend them at all. I thought I'd like it but next time I'll deal with local companies who care about their customers and the quality they give.

seeing as though i have no response i have decide to copy the link of all these reviews and continue posting on their Facebook page. I know they delete bad reviews or questions but I'm not sure they can keep up with me.

They refuse to refund, I paid extra for guaranteed delivery and express posting and the item finally arrived outside of this time, and with very poor quality products not as advertised. I'll keep going until i get my money back :-)

After numerous e-mails to and frow I'm pleased to say the problem has been resolved satisfactory and that I have received a full refund. Thank you.

I purchased a gift for my mum on 4 March intending to surprise my mum on Mothering Sunday. I did not receive email confirmation but noticed my account had been debited.

I did not think anything of it as during the transaction the security symbol was displayed. A week later no gift has arrived so I contacted them via the customer service email address. I provided my details and they replied by stating they had no records in relation to the details I had provided. I have contacted the credit card company this morning and they have provided transaction approval reference.

Should this not be resolved by close of business tomorrow the credit card company will dispute the payment. I will let you know how things go.

Im gutted as I don't normally purchase online and now seeing customer feedback feel even worse. What should have been a lovely experience has turned my stomach.

I Have had a horrible experience , the necklace broke twice , each time I had to pay registered shipping to return to ISRAEL and then finally the item is lost in the mail because no one picked to up $$$$$$$$$$$$$ down the drain
