This place is absolutely terrible. I really wish I read reviews before I ordered. My package finally came after a month and it was wrong. I ordered my mom a necklace with three hearts and all of the birthstones that they put were not as I had ordered. I immediately wrote them and they answer once every two days. It is broken English. My name necklace is an israeli company - I believed the goods were made in China maybe then we would have less issues with delivery. I ordered my name necklaces on the 21 July 2016. I paid expedited delivery (delivery within 10-12 business days) to get the goods by a certain date. It has been over 2 weeks now since I ordered a MyNameNecklace, the tracking info says it has been delivered, but i have NOT received anything. This was a present for my sister and her newborn baby... The customer service "SUCKS". I wanted to cancel my order. I messaged them too many times, via Facebook/Messenger, Email and even telephone but no response.
